  • 1016 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, rigatoni)
  • ½ cup reserved pasta water
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 cup baby spinach (optional)
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place Boursin cheese and tomatoes in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until tomatoes burst and cheese is golden.
  4. Meanwhile, boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.
