- 2 large tortillas (regular or low-carb/high-protein)
- 7 oz cooked chicken, chopped (rotisserie works great)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced or grated
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce (like Frank’s)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 oz grated cheddar or cheese blend
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chopped cooked chicken with minced garlic, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, hot sauce, and salt. Stir until everything is well mixed and the chicken is coated.
- Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese across the bottom third of the tortilla.
- Spoon roughly ⅔ cup of the chicken mixture over the cheese. Top it with another tablespoon of shredded cheese and a bit of chopped green onion.
- Fold in both sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a secure wrap.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat with olive oil spray. Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Cover with a lid while cooking to ensure the inside heats through.
- Remove from the skillet, let it rest for a minute, then slice in half and serve hot.

- Add chopped jalapeños or bell peppers for extra kick or crunch.
