Description

Cheesy garlic chicken wraps made with tender chicken, creamy mayo-yogurt sauce, sharp garlic, and melty cheddar all wrapped in golden-crisp tortillas. Perfect for quick lunches, easy dinners, or flavorful meal prep.

  • 2 large tortillas (regular or low-carb/high-protein)
  • 7 oz cooked chicken, chopped (rotisserie works great)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced or grated
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce (like Frank’s)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 oz grated cheddar or cheese blend
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chopped cooked chicken with minced garlic, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, hot sauce, and salt. Stir until everything is well mixed and the chicken is coated.
  2. Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese across the bottom third of the tortilla.
  3. Spoon roughly ⅔ cup of the chicken mixture over the cheese. Top it with another tablespoon of shredded cheese and a bit of chopped green onion.
  4. Fold in both sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a secure wrap.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat with olive oil spray. Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet.
  6. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Cover with a lid while cooking to ensure the inside heats through.
  7. Remove from the skillet, let it rest for a minute, then slice in half and serve hot.
